When will your next restock/ launch be?

I will restock as regularly as I can. I will keep my social media pages and this website up to date with every restock date. 

Do you do custom orders/ commissions? 

I am not taking orders for custom or made-to-order plushies at the moment. 

Are these safe for children?

These plushies use safety eyes and although I do use plastic washers inside them for extra safety measures, constant chewing and pulling can loosen the eyes which can lead to them falling out of the stitch. Because of this I do not recommend the plushies for young children and babies as it is a potential choking hazard. 

Where do you ship to? 

I currently ship to the UK, US and Canada. 

All orders are sent with tracking so you can keep an eye on where your order is. 

When will my plushie be shipped? 

Your plushie will shipped 1-3 working days after purchase.

Any orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched the following week. 


When will my jumper/ cardigan be shipped?

All jumpers and cardigans will be turned around within 2-4 weeks.

Please remember I hand crochet everything, from the cardigan/jumper to the design and it’s only me doing it all.

These times may change so keep an eye out for any announcements. 

How long does shipping take? 

It depends on where you live, I use Royal Mail to ship my parcels and the following shipping times are what it stated on their website: 

UK- 2-3 business days 

US and Canada- 6-7 business days 

Please remember these are only guideline times. There may be delays due to customs, which is out of my control. 

When will I receive my wall-hanging rainbow? 

All the wall-hanging rainbows are made to order so we ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for you to receive them. This gives me enough time to crochet and send them to you as unfortunately I don't have a team helping me, I am doing this solo and I also have plushies to produce to. 

What is your return/exchange policy? 

As a small business, I ask you to please consider your product selection carefully as refunds or exchanges cannot be given if you change your mind.

If you receive an item which has been damaged or lost through the postal process, then please do contact me to get in touch so we can discuss next steps.
